Phil is a top boy. A great lad to have in the squad. Works his socks off in training and always desperate to play on a Saturday. He’s had a cracking season so far and has been unlucky on a number of occasions to fall victim to the rotation system often employed by the management! Phil is left back for a reason though, mainly because his right foot is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. However, he’s learning all the time and he’s as brave and willing as anyone in the squad. Phil’s a quality guy to have a beer with as well. Always up for a sesh, don’t be fooled by the quiet, shy exterior. The boy’s a hit with the ladies too, even when he wears his favourite yellow tank top! Nice one Phil!!!
