(To the tune of Kaiser Chiefs ‘Ruby’), Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, ahahaahahahaahaha! Wayne took command of the right back position early last season and God help anyone who tries to take it off him! Seriously though, his performances have got better and better since coming into the side and there were few who could get past him last year as he played a massive part in our league winning achievement. Due of course to his excellent reading of the game and not at all to do with his considerable frame being hard to get around!

Rudder is one of the most committed players at the club. He always turns up for training and gives his all when he’s there. A bit of a show pony, his favourite trick is to flick the ball over an opponents head with his heel. He’s not tried it in a match yet though….is that a challenge Rud?

All in all, Wayne is a top boy who loves his football and he’s a good bloke to have on your side on and off the pitch.
