Oh Sami, Sami!!! Sam is old school Cwmcarn. Best mates with club captain Tom Llewellyn, he was a must for the side so far as getting all the old Cwmcarn boys back playing together. The only problem was would he be prepared to put his first love – surfing (well actually that’s probably second behind being on the lash with the boys) – aside on a Saturday to turn up and play footy. We needn’t have worried as he’s been a regular from the start and having established himself at right-back, his displays have been better and better with each game. That’s not to say Blu isn’t partial to the odd dodgy tackle or to giving the ref a bit of lip (Oakfield Blu?!!!) Anyway, top man on and off the pitch, Sam is a pleasure to be around oh and he has a cool camper van as well!!!
