I may be amusingly ignorant hear, but if I’m honest I’m not entirely sure why Tommy is known as Tommy Gunn?? :/ I’m guessing it’s after the bloke in Rocky 5 who is slightly out of shape and has big hair…?!! Cos come to think of it, you do bear a passing resemblance buddy ;)

 Anyway, Tommy is a quality boy. He’s the baby of the squad, in age anyway, but has been a bundle of enthusiasm and no lack of quality since arriving a couple of season’s back. As mentioned above, Tommy is a bit on the cuddly side, which is no great surprise as he works in everyone’s favourite fast food chain, Mcdonalds :-) So, he’s not necessarily the quickest. Not over the ground maybe, but in his head he’s like Teddy Sheringham. Always aware of what’s going on around him, can give a killer pass and knows where the goal is. Infact, he was last season’s 2^nd team top goalscorer, no mean achievement in a side containing consistent goalscorers like Dale, Brad and Cyril. He’s reliable as they come as well and definitely has maroon and sky blood pumping through his veins. He’s no shortage of confidence either as he has shown on the odd occasion he has stepped up to the 1st team.

 Off the pitch Tommy has earned his stripes as well. Always stopping behind for a social pint after a game and one of the first to get his name down for tour! Word of advice though Tom, don’t forget the sun cream next year. Or, at least lose the vest if you are guna get burnt! Not a great look son ;- )
